QUALIFICATION
WHEN DOES THIS INCENTIVE OCCUR?
Incentive occurs from July 1, 2024 12:00 a.m. CT - March 31, 2025 11:59 p.m. CT. Activity MUST be completed within the incentive period.
WHO IS ELIGIBLE FOR THIS INCENTIVE?
All Stylists in the US, Canada, and European Union who are active and in good standing during and following the incentive period, including at the time of the trip are eligible to participate and earn this incentive.
HOW CAN A STYLIST EARN THIS INCENTIVE?
Refer to our website events.colorstreet.com/DestinationColor2025.
HOW CAN I TRACK MY POINTS?
You can easily track your progress using the Trip Tracker, available in your Virtual Office at https://vo.colorstreet.com/trip-tracker. Points are updated hourly. However, points earned for the month prior may not reflect while commissions are being processed but will reappear once commissions are completed. Keep in mind, this tracker is for guidance purposes only. The Color Street Home Office will review and verify all Stylist qualifications at the end of the qualification period to ensure accuracy and compliance.
WHAT IS CONSIDERED A “NEW QUALIFIED STYLIST ENROLLMENT”?
A new Qualified Stylist enrollment is any Stylist who joins Color Street within the qualification period and achieves the Career Rank of Qualified Stylist (QS) or higher during the qualification period. Refer to your Compensation Plan for details on the requirements to earn QS.
I ENROLLED A NEW STYLIST DURING THE QUALIFICATION PERIOD. DO I GET POINTS FOR THEIR PV?
Yes, as long as this new Stylist achieves the rank of QS during the qualification period, you’ll earn one (1) point for each PV they earned since their enrollment.
IF I ADVANCE RANKS FOR THE FIRST TIME MULTIPLE TIMES IN THE SAME CALENDAR MONTH, DO I GET POINTS FOR EACH NEW RANK I ACHIEVE?
Yes, you will earn 5,000 points each time you achieve a new rank that is equivalent to or higher than Gold Stylist for the first time since April 2022.
WHAT IF MY NEW QS DEACTIVATES THEIR ACCOUNT, DO I KEEP THE POINTS?
Yes, you will retain the points even if your new QS deactivates their account.
IF MY NEW STYLIST IN THE EU ENROLLS WITH THE DIGITAL STARTER KIT ENROLLMENT OPTION AND THEY ACHIEVE QS, WILL I RECEIVE POINTS?
Yes. There are no restrictions placed on the type of enrollment kit that your new Stylist needs to purchase.
DOES A REACTIVATION COUNT AS A NEW ENROLLMENT?
No. A reactivation within six months of deactivation is not a new enrollment. Please refer to your Policies and Procedures section 3e.2 for more details.
CAN I ACCEPT CASH FROM NEW STYLISTS OR CUSTOMERS TO PLACE ORDERS USING MY CARD OR A HOUSEHOLD MEMBER’S CARD?
We appreciate your enthusiasm in supporting new team members and customers, but for compliance, new Stylists and customers must use their own debit or credit cards when enrolling or making purchases. For more details, please refer to Sections 1j, 7f, and 7h of the Policies and Procedures
Please note that all bonuses are subject to Compliance review and final closing. Any purchases or enrollments not in compliance with Color Street Policies and Procedures will be deemed ineligible. Additionally, any violation of Color Street Policies and Procedures may render a Stylist ineligible to participate in the program and may result in compliance action to the Stylist’s account.

DATE EXTENSIONS
CAN I EXTEND MY STAY?
- Achievers can extend their stay at their own expense. Details will be provided on the registration website.
- Nightly room rate is based on hotel availability at the time of request and at the current rate the hotel is offering.
- If an Achiever extends their stay on their own, they will forgo their Color Street provided ground transportation to/from the Los Cabos airport/hotel.
- Level 2 and Level 3 Achievers and guests will have their flights booked on their behalf. Any changes to personal itineraries after the flight is booked will be at the expense of the traveler.
ROOMATE
WHO WILL LEVEL 1 AND LEVEL 2 ACHIEVERS BE PAIRED WITH?
Level 1 and Level 2 Achiever will be paired with another Level 1 or Level 2 Achiever as a roommate. There will be a field during registration to indicate your preferred roommate that is also a Level 1 or Level 2 Achiever. Both Stylists must indicate the other in order to be paired. If you do not have a preference of a stylist that is traveling, a survey will be provided to indicate personal travel styles and habits to pair with someone with similar travel styles.
WHAT IF I EARNED FOR A GUEST BUT WILL BE TRAVELING SOLO?
Not a problem! There is a field that you can fill in during registration to indicate a guest will not be joining you.
WILL LEVEL 3 ACHIEVERS BE REQUIRED TO SHARE A ROOM WITH ANOTHER ACHIEVER AND GUEST?
No, you and your guest will have your own room. Level 3 Achievers traveling alone will be assigned to their own room.
GIFT BAG
IF I MISS THE INCENTIVE TRIP DUE TO ILLNESS, OR ANY OTHER REASON, WILL I BE SENT MY COLOR STREET GIFT BAG?
No, gift bags will only be given to Achievers who attend the incentive trip. Gift bags will not be sent to any Stylist who was not in attendance.
WILL MY GUEST RECEIVE THE COLOR STREET GIFT BAG?
No, Color Street gift bags will only be distributed to the Stylist Achievers in attendance.
IF I LOSE OR BREAK ANY ITEM FROM MY COLOR STREET GIFT BAG, WILL THE ITEM(S) BE REPLACED?
No, Color Street is not responsible for any lost or broken item(s) in the gift bag after it has been distributed. Please check your bag at the time of on-site registration. No replacements or swaps will be made afterwards.
RESORT
WHAT TIME IS THE CHECK IN/OUT TIME?
The check in time is 4:00PM, the check out time is 11:00AM.
DOES THE RESORT HAVE A DRESS CODE?
- Welcome Reception: Recommended Attire: Resort Chic - Theme is local to the area of the Caribbean.
- Business Meeting: This mandatory business meeting is required by all Stylists.
- Recommended Attire: Resort Casual, No Bathing Suits.
- Farewell Dinner: Recommended Attire: Resort Chic - Theme is Celebrate Color Street.
WILL DINNER BE SERVED FOR THE WELCOME RECEPTION AND FAREWELL DINNER?
The Welcome Reception will be a reception style event with limited seating to encourage networking and mingling. The Farewell Dinner will be buffet style. Chairs cannot be saved and seating with teams cannot be honored.
DO I NEED RESERVATIONS FOR BREAKFAST, LUNCH OR DINNER?
We highly recommend that you make reservations upon arrival and check restaurant schedules. Additional information on how to do so will be provided closer to the trip dates.
HOW MANY RESTAURANTS AND BARS ARE THESE AT THE HILTON LA ROMANA?
The hotel has eleven different specialty restaurants and twelve bars/lounges that are included in the all-inclusiveexperience.
WHAT AIRPORT SHOULD LEVEL 1 ACHIEVERS FLY INTO?
All flights should arrive / depart from the La Romana Airport (LRM) or Punta Cana Airport (PUJ)
MISCELLANEOUS
IF I AM INJURED OR BECOME ILL WHILE ON THE TRIP, WILL COLOR STREET PROVIDE AID AND
TRANSPORTATION TO THE LOCAL HOSPITAL?
While the safety of all Stylists is of the utmost importance to Color Street, the Home Office staff in attendance are not responsible for the care and assistance while on the trip of Attendees. Stylists may escort themselves to the necessary medical facilities when needed. The hotel will have an onsite medical team and the Color Street staff will have all necessary contact information available.
DO I NEED TO WEAR MY BADGE DURING THE ENTIRE TRIP?
Badges are to be worn for entry to all Color Street events and meetings.
WHAT IS THE AVERAGE WEATHER FOR LA ROMANA DURING SEPTEMBER?
The La Romana area enjoys an average high of 91 degrees to a low of 70 degrees fahrenheit during the month of September.
